Grow Green Campaign is launched by Greenfun Foundation to raise awareness in schools, colleges, societies, and corporate society regarding prevailing environmental issues and how to overcome them. Also, the objective is to attain the quality of a productive environment for the current and future generations.
PURPOSE
To protect and improve environmental conditions through dedicated efforts of our NGO and collaboration with residential complexes, commercial complexes and government offices. Also, we strive to raise awareness among people about alarming environmental concerns and motivate them to adopt preventive measures.

Grow Green Foundation aims to raise awareness about environmental protection, improvement and restoration with the help of simple practices like
- Trees plantation
As afforestation is essential to environmental safety, trees will be planted in government open spaces.
- Development of biodiversity park
A biodiversity park would be developed on government land to create a suitable environment for them.
- Butterfly Garden
Trees with attractive flowers will be planted in small government lands within cities.
- Save wild species
to maintain a food chain balance in the environment, this campaign will look for ways to increase the number of animals of specific species.
- Create garbage-free earth
In this program for garbage-free earth, we intend to convert waste collected from houses, hotels, commercial areas, government offices etc., into compost.
- Stop the usage of plastic bags.
In this practice, organization members will distribute eco-friendly cloth bags in commercial and residential areas and cooperate with societies.
- Converting plastic into other reusable products
The plastic separated from the waste will be recycled into other helpful living products.
- Rainwater harvesting
rainwater harvesting will ensure that rainwater from the rooftop gets collected underground to ensure better usage.
- Proper sanitization of water
This campaign will focus on water purification and proper sanitation to avoid these diseases.
- Continuous Counter Trench
A continuous Contour Trench or CCT is used to conserve water and prevent soil erosion in rural areas.
Impact Of Our Practice
- Even birds and animals have the right to sustain life in a suitable environment and climatic conditions. So this campaign will make it possible by developing biodiversity parks.
- There are specific endangered species of wild animals, some of which are on the verge of getting extinct.
- Compost obtained from recycling waste will act as fertilizer beneficial for organic farming farmers.
- Also, it can prevent other hazardous things that can cause a threat to the environment.
- This campaign will focus on the best use of plastics as well.
- The distribution of free eco-friendly cloth bags will ensure minimal usage of plastic bags that have severe environmental effects.
- In some parts of the country, there is a severe scarcity of rainfall, while others experience heavy rain. But, often, rainwater flows in oceans, seas, drains, pots, etc., which can not come into use in the future.
- Therefore, rainwater harvesting is an efficient way to maintain groundwater levels.
- Continuous Contour Trench or CCT stops water from draining downhills as CCT is designed perpendicular to the slope.
